 Do you sometimes feel depressed and lonely. Do you feel like no one truly loves and cares about you. do you sometimes feel like your world is crumbling down. Then it is time to go out there and be in the company of friends or people who can cheer you up. alot of people were born alone except for twins, triplets etc. even at that, it's not automatic to be happy.  Make it a duty to find joy even when situations are not smiling at you. Even when you have no genuine reason to be happy. Even when you try and DNT seem to get it right, just keep trying and in so doing you will be learning alot as well.  Choose to be happy Make yourself happy

 Parents, it's not every and anything your child wants, he or she should get.  Deprive them certain comfort and demands intentionally...it should be a deliberate act and not necessarily because u really can't afford it..Teach them to be content with what you've given them and never look else where...Do not say "if I don't give it to him or her, she'll cry. Oh no I dnt want to see him cry." Do not say " if I dnt give in to my teens demand, he will leave home for days". Dnt encourage their non-challant attitude. Bend them from little otherwise when they are grown to teens, they become unbendable. Do not say " oh he's or she's only a child.Do the talking and shouting now so that you can have rest of mind tomorrow... Don't go into self pity. Don't get offended when people genuinely correct your child. Do not support their wrong doing regardless of who's involved.

 👗 the way u want men to see you. Dress the way u want to be addressed..Don't give a wrong impression of yourself..No decent man will look for a half naked lady for a wife. Even men who are players still look for decent girls to marry.. Decency comes from the ❤️. Because you are decent doesn't mean you are naive. Because you are decent doesn't mean u don't know the in thing. Being decent doesn't mean you don't know how to enjoy life to the fullest. Many young girls have tolled the wrong way because of life circumstances and challenges but grace found them...some were never won back to life...May God's love never leave you. You can dress decently and still be a sexy mama. Oh yes.. masking from head to toe is not decency DNT get it twisted. Be decent in your dress code, makeover and speech. You can be decent and yet know the rules that guide the game. Because you are decent doesn't mean u should allow men intimidate you and rub you off your joy. Don't...

 This morning piece is centered on cleanliness... Cleanliness they say is next to godliness.. I see alot of 👩‍🦰 looking beautiful outside and well dressed but having dirty underwears. If you are privileged to visit their abode, u will nauseate. Ladies change ur undies from time to time. including your tooth brush... young boys derive joy showcasing their dirty boxers and you want that beautiful sister to look your way..think twice..I am a big boy is not by saggy 👖 Some girls smell like hell like u'll wonder if the sanitary products were mistaken....get yourself good deodorant and wear nice perfumes...Take ur bath twice a day and possibly thrice on your period...use breathable lingerie. The body needs air... 💃 Women who feel because they have birthed many children 👩‍👩‍👧‍👦so they should not care for their bodies and appearance..my darlings, this is the time to show case your talent..let ur husband know that you are still on point...DNT turn yourself to Geepee. Excersise your ...

 SIGNS to look out for  Parents be patient, open minded and friends with your children. when you notice your child is found of a man/woman who's always buying them things, pls ask questions. DNT just assume all is well. Abusers entice children with gifts. Though there are still good people around.. beware When your teenage boy/girl starts keeping away( withdrawing) from your friends, neighbors, family relative or even their colleagues.Especially if they are usually free having same person around.something is wrong  You that will travel and invite your friends son or an adult male to stay with your children till you return home. I pray you DNT regret it tomorrow. I have heard and seen cases like this. be careful. when kids complain of someone to you, pls hear them out. listen to them even if u DNT believe what they tell u. DNT trust outsiders more than you trust your family. When your children know that they can trust you as their parents, there's nothing they cannot tell...

 Speak up... Y do u isolate urself from friends and family....U find it difficult to share your thoughts with people around and feels like nobody will understand...some times, u loose ur appetite for food. But remember a problem shared is already half solved...DNT keep mute and die in silence... A closed mouth is a closed destiny..u need to talk to someone about it otherwise it will eat u up..but u must choose right...Only the sick goes to a physician some of the troubles you face today is because of bad decision making.... whatever decision you make today can make or mar u. So u really don't have to rush things. Y not be calming down.☺️. It's a matter of time and it will be over. Do you sometimes feel like giving up. Or feel like this problem is too much to bear...let me remind you that only the dead is free from the troubles of life....Death, Suicide should not even be an option. If you know jesus, talk to him in ur prayers and he'll definitely make those burdens easy..

 ...Every Child is Unique... Do you have a child who wants to be every where? A child who is never calm, always noisy and u feel like " can't u be like another"...u look at the child and call him/her stubborn (u are too STUBBORN). Hear this  - That child is the best of God's creation and should not be compared to another child. If this particular child grows up like this, he/she will have LOW SELF ESTEEM - Why do you complain of your child being busy. Always busy.....Now would you prefer that one that's dull and awkward even in appearance?...I bet you, the challenge will be burdensome... let's learn to appreciate God's work and show them love , care and understanding  - if u see/ have a child or children that are everywhere, always busy and noisy., # change your mind set.  # DNT see them as STUBBORN even when family and friends call them STUBBORN but see them as HYPER ACTIVE.   Remember there's power in spoken words. Whatever name u call a pet, that...

Know that discouragement, disappointment will come but u most be strong to face it and draw strength from the inside..DNT wait for anyone to encourage you, encourage urself...be self motivated...how strong can u be when life challenges hit u real hard...keep pushing it even when no one believes in your dreams...keep pushing it even if u fail a million times, keep pushing it until u hear and see that crack on the wall, u most not STOP until u have overcome...

 ... Food... Is anything that excites your feeling and nourishes you. Types of FUD # food for the belly I am thankful for the help of technology youtube, google search etc, no woman out there will say I can't cook. Except for the lazy one's.   😌If the money is not there for you to eat what you really want, then prepare the available. 😌 Madam change your method of cooking, the same food you cook every day can taste differently if only u make few adjustment 😘 When serving your husband's food, make it attractive. DNT serve him as if he's a beger but a king....I tell women around me, what u cannot serve ur hubby, dnt serve another man regardless of the man's social status shikina # Food for the body Good sex is like food when rightly served, u'll derive satisfaction.. Women stop being spiritual o. All these my spirit ko ko sisters, what u will not do, another senge menge( small girl for that matter) go help u o.  Distance relationships U most be physically, emotionally and phycologically ready and stable to start one.  Be ready to bear the pain that goes with it. No pain no gain Go into a distance relationship cos that's the last resort and not because it's  working out for your friend.....so u too must try...like I will say, better to try than not try at all. Let your cause be genuine. DNT start what u can not finish out of selfish reasons..I certainly know it has worked for many same time many relationships have gone under many waters..... wisdom is profitable to direct, in getting wisdom, get understanding

 Ladies who do you think would love you better?  1) The young man that swims in his father's wealth, affluence and glo 2) The one that went through rain and 🌞 to be who he is.. and possibly u contribute nothi 3) The one who says let's build our home together Tell me why that beautiful and charming young lady ( she has all the qualities u desire in a woman) will stay with you when u care less about her, ur ✋ is second to akaradite and you are not soft spoken(romantic in your choice of words). DNT be deceived, such relationship can not work . ... if your ex(boyfriend/girlfriend) is as good as u claim, y didn't u both get married...

 I used to be very much afraid to make mistakes..I feared being mocked,laughed at and people around claiming they know it all or better... believe me this might be the story of someone here... The fear of not wanting to make mistakes made me make even more mistakes than I imagined(😂) hmm Today the story is different. WHAT CHANGED?. I realized I needed to learn, to know better than I used to, to know a little of everything, in my learning process, I learnt never to say I DNT KNOW but say no idea at the moment but will give you a feed back and put time duration..The time duration u'll give, will put u on your toes...these are what helped me conquer my fears...and build my self confidence....it can also work for u if you try... Better to try and fail than not try at all. 

 How do I know God's will in marriage? In your place of prayer, how do you respond to spiritual signals...some people talk to God but are not patient enough to hear God speak to them. Always in a hurry. MOst times you talk to God, U can talk from now till tomorrow but you dnt have the time to be calm and listen to his spirit dwelling inside of you. U just talk but dnt communicate with Him...In one of the previous pieces I shared, I considered communication as a give and take process.. Now u can know God's will by 1) Listening to him talk back to you Or  2) When there's peace and stillness in your ❤️ over that particular issue. U feel God's peace of mind. U feel like that burden had been lifted from your soul.. But if after hours, days weeks or even months of prayer as the case may be and u still feel fear and unsettled in your spirit then u should retreat

 Some one might ask...  when is it right or at what age should singles get married? My parents are pestering me to settle down. They need grand children hmmm etc Personally I consider child marriage as child abuse so this is ruled out. Another person might say Age 20(girls) Age 30(boys). This is also a good consideration But I tell you that the right time and age is when you ( single brother or single sister) becomes EMOTIONALLY MATURED to handle issues of life, to handle matters of the ❤️...Age is just a number

 Great men and women do not quit💪. They are overcomers. They ignore difficulties, resist tiredness, and fight opposition. They know negative👹 events will come, so they prepare for them, and they fight through them. Only the weak fail or quit when the going gets tough. How great are you? How strong are you? If you are often frustrated, defeated, thinking about giving up, or actually do give up at times, then you are weak.😖😖 Be strong and face life, face ur challenges, ur fears and worries Proverbs 24:10

 How can you come out of the feeling of REGRET? FORGIVENESS - -  Sometimes u make silly mistakes that cost u fortunes and the feeling of regret ✉️ your being..but..ur ability to forgive urself and gather strength from within makes u a champion...... TIME - - just as the saying goes, time heals every wound.(if only you give it the chance to) TALK - - the feeling of regret makes one emotionally drained... talk about it with people who can help relieve ur worries instead of keeping mute CRY - - some pain would not leave your ❤️ unless you cry out... It's not bad to cry. Letting out those tears can bring relief to ur soul..

 SUCCESS/SATISFACTION People will rate your success based on what they desire to see(house,car etc material things) but true satisfaction comes from within and what you have worked hard to achieve for urself

 Communication is not just talking and talking but the attitude to listen and have good understanding.... Naturally men dnt talk as much as women do....only a few men do...now to enjoy better communication between you and your spouse, u need to understand their nature( if the person talks more or less) mood( happy or sad) and psych(emotionally stable or not). There Should always be a listening time. If u do the talking and no listening, talking and no feedback then that's not communication.... Understanding is key... ...proverbs 24:3....

 A little boy who was raised by his foster parents was raised to be hardened, maltreated and pushed to the streets. He never experienced a positive affection and he doesn't know what it means or how it feels to call the words mom and dad until a faithful day during an outreach, an elderly woman saw him begging and gave a helping hand after wards, she hugged this little boy of about 13/14 years immediately tears😭😭😭ran down his eyes then the woman asked him why he was crying and this little boy replied All my life no one has ever touched me or hugged me. And if anyone will, it will be beating.....hmmm...The POWER of TOUCH... As parents, what do u say to your children or wards. How are they being treated at home. It took God's grace and the love of a mother to restore and heal the ❤️ of this little boy...what's your method of correcting children ( firmness, strict , fear or compassion and soft words)... whatever attitude u put up has a way of telling on children physically,...

 Can you love at first sight? Some will say no. U can't just meet someone and claim u love the person. Ok...let's come down a little. We often use love for beings and like for inanimate objects eg I like the shoe. I like the car etc... it's rear to hear I love that house... ..,...... Sometimes u will hear I love my brother or, I love my wife so much. It's also rear to hear someone say I like my mom or dad etc.... These are some of the way we use the word love and like. But i am of the opinion that you can love at first sight. This is where AFFECTION ( to mean feeling and passion) comes in....the flow chain is FEELING -> PASSION -> DESIRE.

 The dictionary meaning of the word affection is wide but I'll limit my preference to feeling and passion...the way you feel about a person shows how affectionate you are and ur passion for that person.  When you treat ur partner with disdain, ur not affectionate, u DNT have passion but d feeling of hate and anger....note your feeling can be positive or negative, ur feeling is responsive as well. .. feeling and ur taught( mind set) go along. Reason I always tell people around me to always renew their mind...  A regenerated mindset is positive and passionate...these feelings are pure and true...
